I also focus on teaching leadership skills and competencies. I have found that many people come fresh from academia or have no practical leadership skill development or they are promoted from within an organization because they have proven to be a great worker and have not been taught basic leadership competencies. In either case, I am trained to teach, consult and coach emerging and experienced leaders, alike to success.
I have three decades of corporate experience and worked my way up the corporate ladder. I know from personal experience how important leadership training and coaching can be to personal and business success. I have walked the walked, climbed the ladder and experienced the bumps along the road. My background is jammed packed with experience as well as the best in professional coach training which differentiates me from other coaches in my field.
